L’osteria è stata realizzata in un antico borgo rurale del 1600 e 1700: i casali, recuperati in fase di avanzato abbandono, sono stati completamente ristrutturati nel rispetto dell’architettura dell’epoca, mantenendo quindi tutti quei piccoli particolari che ci riportano indietro nel tempo, come travi di legno, pietre, mattoni, nicchie e porte.
